"settle for a diet consisting of unhealthy, overly-processed, animal-based foods."
Sounds like me!
Uh.
Well, I'm not THAT bad. Most of my food isn't processed. generally my meals when I can't be bothered doin anything complicated is meat, dairy in some form (often cheese sauce), and then whatever I happen to feel like from what I keep in stock for the stuff to go with it; rice, potatoes, couscous (quite possibly the best food ever), pasta.. uh.. is there anything else in the world?
Oh yeah. Almost everything I eat has garlic and/or onions. And usually either asiany sauces or europeany sauces. One must keep in stock of such things, even if it means one doesn't eat as much in the week one buys them.
And I rss'ed the thingy. who knows, i might even use something you put up. probably with meat added, because I am a carnivore.

As a sidenote, would you like a Dreamwidth invite code?
I've got two to give away and I don't know anyone who would want one.

What about all the unhealthy, overly processed vegetable based foods? Pastry, pasta, breads, etc.
Meh. I think the whole vegetarian thing is a person by person basis. It doesn't work for everyone.
