New Title
The new and official title for my next novel is SEER OF SEVENWATERS.
This is the book formerly known as SONG OF THE ISLAND. The seer in the title is Sibeal.

I'm consolidating all the info about future projects here, in the hope that people will read it rather than keep asking me the same questions:
Current Project: a Sevenwaters book to follow Heir to Sevenwaters. Publication date, December 2010. I have a contract to write another Sevenwaters novel to follow this one.
Wildwood series: it is very likely I will write a third book in the series. The earliest it could be published would be late 2011.
Bridei series: currently on hold, though I have hopes of writing at least one more in the series at some point.
Having Sibeal as the protagonist will be interesting. I notice that her characters in the Sevenwaters trilogy tend to be cut from a similar cloth, though Clodagh seems to be a more successful character than Fainne in trying to break away from Marillier's typical heroine. Anyhow, can't wait for another Sevenwaters trilogy! Your thoughts?
