I don't think people realize how much their actions give them away. Working in customer service, I've had some terrible customers, I've had some wonderful customers, and I've had some customers that stay in my memory because the things they said really bothered me.

I just hate it that I can't say something to people who put their partners down ... even more that most the time they go along with it. It's just not funny...
