For once I just wish people would not be tossers on the lists and instead cut the NPC's a break for not being perfect.  It would be nice and actually help benefit the game if those snide comments were kept firmly locked away.  I've never seen the game grow from them in any way at all, and only suffer.

An NPC who has been nothing but antagonistic to a particular covenant has offered them space for a meeting at the Spring National and they've turned around and gone "No?".

I don't see the issue, personally. It's not that the NPC isn't "being perfect", it's that he's been played by the previous RSTs to not like that covenant and give every member of it a reason not to trust him further than they could throw up...

I was referring to the NPC on the list and the basic whining that took place that it had dared speak.

Oh, the Adept?

I haven't seen the actual whatnot with that one. My PC got fed up with the snipping and backstabbing and left the list.

When an NPC is being a devious, evil bastard holding a cursed item and a dead baby, trust them implicitly.

When an NPC is being reasonable and trying to move the game forward, attack them at the first opportunity.
