All downtimes up finally.

Why is it the month I have no time for turn around is also the month with the most downtimes ever submitted?

Still, got them done.  God bless Luke for his help, I'd never manage without him.

It always happens - one week is enough time for people to be enthusiastic and remember what they wanted to do - two weeks and people are all 'I'll get round to it...' and never do.
