i beg to differ. the master of the synths will always be emerson, lake, and palmer. they were the pioneers of the synth. they brought it into the mainstream and i have yet to see someone use the synth more masterfully then they have. i mean, i dunno, maybe jc can be considered masters in their genre of music, but in no means can they outdo elp.

at least in my opinion... i could be wrong.

btw, this is paul... the paul he was speaking about in the original post. he doesn't like hearing from me cause i listen to music as an art form and apparently that doesn't coincide with what he believes makes good music.
