Billy follows him, trying to catch up and having a difficult time of it. "Xaldin! Come back!"

Xaldin pauses, looking down at Billy, and says, "I am trying to do the right thing, Billy."

And he's selfish.

"I -- I don't understand." Read as: you kissed me, again, and then you flew away.

"If I stay, Billy," Xaldin says, hanging in the air, "if I stay, I will keep doing this. Touching you. Kissing you. Because it's pressure against me. Because you are real and you have let me do it.

"I understand Demyx better, now.

"If I stay, Billy, I will keep doing this. If I leave now I will be more likely to leave this alone.

"Do I stay? Or do I go?"
