Minor Brit-pick - A church with names going back to the mid-1800s is by our standards practically new!

Thanks for the Brit-pick! My usual Euro-picker is currently in Spain, so that detail snuck past me. I know in theory that things in the United Kingdom are really old, but it's still a bit hard to conceive just how far back some things go... (Curse my American short-sightedness!) Maybe they rebuilt it in 1848 after an earthquake? Anyway, glad you liked it.

For an idea of UK age, my dad and I went to different colleges of the same university. My college was first founded in 1525, and my dad mocks me for going to one of the "new foundations". His college is 1314, the one called "New College" is 1379...

If I didn't tell you this already, I thought this was really sweet. And I love that Amy totally tuned out the entire wedding sermon--perfectly in character, and really, does anyone actually listen to those things?

And I did listen to most of the readings and sermons at the wedding. But Amy most certainly would not. Especially not when she's distracted by the lack of Doctor and remembering how much she loves Rory - after all they've been through, the rest of the ceremony's just semantics.
