The baby being an artefact still just blows my freaking mind. This is amazing, really. And that the baby was bringing Artie and Vanessa together, getting a Mum and Dad in the process, I really just love it so much.

This basically makes up for every request for babyfic you've filled by writing something that isn't actually babyfic.

It nearly didn't come out that way, but as I was typing it, it was instinctual and that's how it came out. I love it to pieces. Couldn't imagine it any other way.
