I had to put this post on hold for like a week because of all my feelings, but here it is.

BLARGH I hate 3D with a passion >.< I only like the IMAX screens because they're humongous and everything looks better on a bigger screen, but the 3D technology just leaves me unimpressed. As if movies aren't 3D enough with the people and the explosions, we need to see it all jump out of the screen because of REASONS. >:(

I shipped Tony/Steve before the movie too! I've read the sweetest fics that made me go all flkjdkfljdlskjg and they just make sense, you know, but then there wasn't any bromance which also makes sense in a weird way so idk... Really miffed that the ship isn't canon, but it's ok because the fics rock and that's where it's at xD

This is a movie I could honestly watch another 100 times and I'd still enjoy it. This is my new LOTR.^^^ THISSSSS. I might be going to see it again and honestly I don't think I'll ever be bored of it. It's kind of like Thor (which I've seen upwards of 20 times by now, it's crazy) - it's so good that every time you watch it you discover new things about it, a nuance in a character's body ( ... )

Yeah I meant not canon due to the lack of bromance in the movie, not generally.

the scene where Hulk smashes Loki around makes me feel so weird. It's funny as hell but at the same time that I'm laughing my heart hurrrtssss. Loki, bb, oh my god. ;o; I was simultaneously laughing and going "NOOOO" at the theatre.

This, exactly, word for word. I don't know how to feel when I'm watching that. If it were anyone else but Loki I'd probably laugh with the rest of them, but... I can't. DDD': The most awkward giggle I've ever given, ugh.

Defensively heterosexual Tony is GAAAAAYYYYYY. Like, you know that once a character is spouting out that many homophobic remarks, there's something closety about the whole thing. BUT I will allow him this because at least in this movie Pepper Potts wasn't an obnoxious twat, so I can ship it without feeling horrible. Something was OFF with her in the Iron Man films, I wanted to smack her and pair Tony up with Captain America forever ( ... )

THIIIIIS. tbh, I like Pepper even when she's being obnoxious (especially if she's owning the Vanity Fair ditz) but yeah, shame their chemistry's off in Iron Man. They could be one of my fave couples.
