Yes I do always keep my desktop that clean! Anything not on the navigation bar drives me nuts, I can't take it looking messy. So this is G-DRAGON, because I adore him and he's beautiful. Isn't it pretty?! All minimal and soothing.

Haha I used to keep a very clean desktop, but then discovered how handy it is to have some stuff on there for quick access (my files organisation is so completely obsessive that to get to something there's a whole pathfinding process XD)... I cleaned mine recently, there used to be lots of unnecessary stuff on it.

I'm not in school anymore, so for me there's just music, videos and pictures on mine. So it's easy to keep it neat.

Since I started scanning my developed films I am not sure where to file them since none of my image folders is appropriate... And this means I basically have to reorganise all my old image files and I kind of don't want to, meh. So I just keep them on the desktop for now. I'll get around to it, eventually.
