Choir concert went well last night :D Amy and Alice came to watch! There was a brass group and a string quartet and a bunch of other musically interesting people... It was fun to watch and be a part of.

As for number 3...Maybe it's an Asian thing? It's there a lot, and also, I guess it's because "their happiness is my happiness" sort of mentality.

I submitted a support request about entry text being deleted before the move and they replied today, I hope they'll address it eventually... It's been bugging me for a while.

I do think it's part of their philosophy which we Westerners cannot fully understand. Like that "if a nail stands out we'll hammer it down" thing, of sorts. They're generally trying to outgrow these things by westernizing themselves, but they're still there.
It's depressing really. Why not pursue your own happiness. Unnecessary nobility makes me sad. :(
