what size is the see through shirt?

It says it's a USA size 8. I don't know what that means exactly. But I do know that it would best fit a small to a medium. I'd say the best fit would be a medium.

It was bought in Europe so the sizes are differen't. It says 1 on the tag which I assume would be a small size. It would fit a medium. But it would definetly best fit a small.
