Two Tutorials

Well. I made these two icons, while experimenting with selective colors and layers and the like. I'm pretty new at it, so I thought I should give it a try and as I liked the result, I decided to share. The tutorials aren't very complicated or difficult, as I am a noob. I still prefer color layers and textures. Anyway... on to the tutorials. Hope

Ah, it is quite easy, I think, as this was one of my first tries with selective coloring and stuff. I think it's mighty complicated to get a cool result (it's all a bit chancy, really and it depends on the picture) but it does seem to be very popular nowadays. ^___^ I quite like some of the icons I've seen around though. Pretty. :)
