Mmm, lemon cake...

What's lemon cake? I've had chocolate, chocolate mud, white chocolate mud (!!), sponge, black forest, and pavlova, but i seriously know not what a lemon cake is like.

It;s essentially a plain vanilla spongy cake, but it;s yellow and vanilla flavored. It goes really great with a warm beverage in my opinion, and needs no icing.
