Booklist: Fantasy Novels for Kids and Teens

Jun 16, 2014 07:11

I feel that many of these titles will appeal to a wide range of ages and inspire re-reads. I have listed ages simply as a general guide; advanced readers may tackle these books at a younger age. Yes, I have, and yes, it is.

Duncan Sheik : me :: Kelly Clarkson : you

I want to see and hear his newest musical exploits, but they are too far away, and that makes me sad.

My fave book anonymous August 28 2008, 08:54:27 UTC
My Fave book of all time is 'inkheart' although it is classified for children aged 10 i think that it is for all ages. I mean my mum read it and she thought that it was good! Its part of a trilogy written by Cornelia Funke. The other two books are 'Inkpsell' (also fantastic) and 'Inkdeath' (which hasn't been released yet) Anyways its about a girl called Meggie and her father Mo. Meggie finds out that her father has a special gift to bring characters of books to life! This book has taught me, how easily you can escape this world with the help of paper and ink. I strongly recommend this book

Hi there, anonymous! Thanks for posting. I've read Inkheart as well as Dragon Rider and The Thief Lord. If you like Inkheart, then you should DEFINITELY read The NeverEnding Story by Michael Ende!
