...you know, now that I think about what "Xelloss" + "cooking" equals, it occurs to me that he probably invented fruitcake.

You know, I've never actually had one? I made a spice cake with fruit in once, but I don't think it was the same thing.

Why not? I mean, he is older than dirt, right?

Speaking of fruitcakes...I recently discovered a 80+ year old fruitcake in the closet my great aunt Anna's closet passed down to her from her grandfather O_O

I had no idea they could have such a long shelf life!

There's a Coldstone's Creamery not too far from me; they're offering $5 off their ice cream cakes if you bring in a fruitcake. I had a snickerfit and my friends didn't understand at all. ^__^

Heh, kinda. But not this particular variation. Someone did a poll about what kind of winter holiday card you'd like to get, and after Kwanzaa were this and International Wombat Day. I couldn't resist. ... Actually, don't think I tried all that hard, come to think of it...
