I know I haven't written here in ages.

Oh well, I'm here now.

I know some of you that read my entries are over 30. I'm looking for ideas for how to celebrate my 30th birthday. I've got three months to plan.

Suggest anything and everything you can think of.

My parents threw me a surprise birthday party with all my family in from several states. I drank a lot of whisky, we had cake. It was delightful.

I'd suggest doing something with the people who are the most fun to be around in your life. Don't make a huge deal out of it. Just--eat yr favorite food or drink yr favorite drinks and remind every bartender or waiter it's yr birthday, because then you get free booze and/or cake. Yeah---I'm not a lot of help. Happy early birthday!
