Buffy walked silently through the cemetary. She was meeting up with Angel and then the two of them were going to patrol around the Bronze. With Harmony in town it would be a matter of time before she starting acting up again.

Spike was leaning against a crypt wall when he heard Buffy approaching from behind. He flicked his cigarette butt into the graves, and darted into her path.

"Slayer. Just the girl I've been looking for," he drawled.

Buffy jerked to a stop. "I'm flattered," she replied sarcastically, trying to step around him.

As she passed, Spike slowly looked her up and down. "You should be," he purred quietly... then mentally shook himself, and jogged a few paces to catch up.

"Nearly got myself shot last night," Spike mentionned casually. "Some bloke with a crossbow. If it weren't for my well-honed reflexes, you'd be talkin' to dust right now."
