Ok, I'm sitting here with my cereal and a cup of my favourite blend of coffee. I've been up since 8am despite a late night, but I was awake and didn't want to disturb the guys (I see to have got my body clock in the swing of chucking me out of sleep at 8ish now).

Now... the Dom Eyebrow... is this something that most doms possess and do they know it?

I think most have a Dom EyebrowTM, but I don't think they all know they have it, although I think some can't do the single eyebrow but do a double eyebrow pretty effectively instead. Some seem unaware when they're using it *grins*. I sort've assumed it comes with the dom handbook *gigglegrins*.

The peek-a-boo holes are...amusing. I've seen a t-shirt that had zips over the nipples, maybe I should look into something like that *grins*.

I wonder how many available subs I've come across in clubs, and passed over, that were wearing a collar thinking they were signaling "submissive" when they were actually signaling "owned"? Maybe they didn't get a copy of the sub handbook. ;)

It's quite surprising how many subs haven't had a copy of the handbook *nods*. And in a club you've also got to keep in mind the goth boys and girls. An example, I guess, is Abby from NCIS who is rarely seen without a collar at work, I put her mostly in the 'switch' box, but occasionally I can see her as an outright dom, and yet, she wears a collar so most would assume she's an owned sub.

So jealous! We really need to get more involved in the scene here, sigh. But when I've come across it here in Ohio, I've been very uncomfortable with a lot of the attitudes. I need to find a scene like yours, lol!

I was very lucky to find this scene through Mikey, I've never asked him how he got involved...hmmm, I should do that ;) . There are some real assholes (both dom and sub) but they tend not to get invited to Ed's parties and certainly not when we host them ;)

I have no clue where to even start here, sigh. Too many people whom I would rather avoid frequent the places where I'd think to start.

Plus, I'm not really into the deeper 'lifestyle' aspect... At least, not yet, ;). It's something that might change in the future, but for now I'm really just into occasional play, heh.

I had a lot of fun doing photo shoots in Vegas and got some exposure there. Too bad we don't live there anymore, :(.

The guys (and couple of girls) who are in our social circle are all involved to different levels. Some are occasional players, they scene every so often or they play in the bedroom, then there are those like me and my guys who are 24/7 and a whole spectrum in between. So, don't let that be an issue that stops you getting involved. Getting started is a different issue, probably, I wouldn't have had a clue if I hadn't known Mikey from living next door to him lol.
