I mean, even on "regular years" it comes up short. I read where it was once the LAST month of the year (when SEP was seven, OCT was eight, NOVEM was nine, DECEM was ten...), so it seems to have gotten the left overs.

Maybe we should have just had 11 thirty-three day long months (give the extra two to the first and last months-or something like that).

Certainly, would make it easier for those who promise things by "the end of the month!"

haha me too I miss my 3 day weekends, it was really livin' :)
3 day weekends mean four day weeks.....and as long as the snow stayed you would have less yard work to do and more time :)

WHAT are you suggesting??? slatts February 19 2010, 14:47:04 UTC
THREE day weekends are nice-but "forever winter" so there's no yardwork???

I'm not sure I wanna sign up for that PLAN!

I'm not 31
Nor thirty, even
And there's a big question mark
In your head I am leavin'
Is this the year
That I am twenty-nine?
Or is it 28
And you've run outta time?

Next year, however, you get an extra day.

Good luck, Susan!
