I'd be rather intrigued to see what flags that email title might have thrown up, and what Lester had to do to placate the various Secret Services.

I'm certain Lester will come up with another (or several) way of messing with Cutter, it's one of his work related joys in life.

If we didn't retire on the proceeds of Stephen alone, we could offer video and that would certainly do it.
