Two characters you wish had met properly

I don't recall Kate Todd and Mike Franks ever meeting so I'd go with those two. I think it would be hilarious. I think Franks would scare her a bit, but she would totally understand how Gibbs got to be Gibbs. I think they would both be annoyed/disgusted with each other

omg, Kate meeting Mike Franks would be crazy. I think she would be appalled by him because he's such a chauvinist. Sparks would fly, LOL!

and Tony and Ziva having a relationship like Tony and Kate's would be fantastic. And obviously, so would the constant Tibbs sex. ;D
