Hmmmm....I'd have to say Ari. He was a great bad guy and a great story arc. I loved how he would go toe to toe with Gibbs and Gibbs' team, but Gibbs wouldn't need to to bring in "help" like this season. Omg, rudolf martin is awesome! I talked to him at fan fest last year. You know how kate said there was ' something about him' and she could kill him? He's totally like that. He's got this subtle laid-back charm iiii just can't put your finger on and sucks you into his web. He's also really funny and had a blast with flat!Gibbs.
