OTPs - so far I've only got Kazrak/Tarl, Marlenus/Tarl, and Andreas/Tarl as definite possibilities, from the first two books.
There's definite slashy tension between Pa-Kur and Tarl, as D pointed out, and likewise I see some UST in book II with Thorn the Tharnish captain and Tarl.
However, in the vein of all the "improbable pairings" and going on from the suggested "Furries of Gor" theme I'm going to go out there and say that Nar/Tarl is also an option:
When I opened my eyes, I found myself partially adhering to a vast network of broad, elastic strands that formed a structure, perhaps a pasang in width, and through which at numerous points projected the monstrous trees of the swamp forest. I felt the network, or web, tremble, and I struggled to rise, but found myself unable to gain my feet. My flesh adhered to the adhesive substance of the broad strands.
