I can totally imagine that conversation between them over the phone. It just seems natural and all and it deffo occurs to me that it's a lot easier like this than by hearing your partners voice and being reminded by the sad tone in their voice of how much you miss them.

Thank you for such a kind comment on this. I know it's only short but it says what it can about being apart. It's a horrible part of their line of work and I wouldn't swap the all money and the fame for that amount of loneliness.

Oh I love it! that is pure centon fluff--absolutel adorable. and I love the last image of Randy is him shirtless and in jeans. I swear, no one pulls that look off better than him.

An erratically driven golf cart appears in the car park, careering around the last corner and nearly tipping over. Randy can't help but put a hand over his face, torn between wanting to watch the terrified expression of the ground staff guy who was crazy enough to let John drive and to hide his face from the accident that was just begging to happen. When it screeched up to the high steel gates he saw John jump out as casually as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened, patting the blanched looking employee on the back as the gates swung open.
