I've been downloading so many films over the past eight months that I realized I've already amassed quite a collection, and here is a list of all 52gb's worth of them. If only they were original DVDs! (well, I bought some of them later on). The lovely universe of P2P sharing has opened many doors for my consumption and appreciation of brilliant ( Read more... )

It's shocking, almost pornographic. I like Tony Leung but I've seen too much of him here. Hahaha. But it's a great undercover spy story. Natakot at naawa ako at the same time sa character ni TL. Ang bigat ng pakiramdam ko pagkatapos ko panoorin.

I've always been curious about it partly because of the outrage from Chinese authorities because of the nudity and all. But I remember feeling left out when everybody else was talking about this. And my parents won't let me watch! -_-

I was curious initially because TL is in it. I've read somewhere that the scenes were so explicit that the lead actress couldn't build her career anymore due to moral/taboo issues in China. Poor girl. I think the scenes were cut out in the version they showed here 'cause the MTRCB is awesome like that sometimes I want to smash the face of that fat lady chief of theirswhatshername? Laguador? Laguardia? haha

And why not? Yer old! You're working already! Your parents shouldn't dictate what you're supposed to watch. haha.

I dunno what I can trade with you but I'd be immensely happy if I could get copies of The Royal Tenenbaums, La Science des rêves (The Science of Sleep), La Môme/La Vie en Rose, and In the Mood for Love (which I have been looking for since forever!) >_< (O i'm assuming you still live in K-6th or something? It's nearby my housie O: )

Sure. :D Yep I still live in the same place. You still live in the same house in Cubao? :D If you want to see In the Mood for Love then you MUST watch 2046 after, it's a loose sequel to ITMFL with the same main guy. :D I have a DVD of the making of In the Mood for Love too, but it's all in Chinese without English subs, hahaha.

I have a little problem, though...apparently my DVD burner's broken. :/ the movies are around 700mb each, so maybe if you have a flash/external drive with enough space, I could load them there. :D
