What floors me is considering California's finances they still decided to whine about not spending $100 Million on something completely frivolous. If I were still a California resident (and I thank God every day that I am not) I'd be considering pitchforks and torches for the whining maroon who wrote this and the idiots who published it.

And having each party fund its own primary costs would be a good thing IMO.
