I wasn't actually listening to 4'33", but I thought about what to put for the music, and realised that I couldn't really hear anything in my office. I did listen to the background sound (which was mainly the air conditioner), so you could make the case that it was an unauthorised performance of an excerpt of 4'33". Don't send the copyright lawyers after me, please! :-)
