"You noticed?" Farley grumbled. He dragged himself to the window, and tugged at the drapes. From her side of the bed, Jenna smiled.
"Not a fan of the solstice, huh?"
"Eh, just 'cause the sun gets up early doesn't mean I will." (At least that's what she thought he said - one in five syllables were barely anything resembling coherent.)
He flopped onto the bed, eyes already closed, and wormed around until he was more or less next to her.
"Wake me when it's sane," he slurred, already slipping into unconsciousness.
"Sun's up."
