Help for a Buffy fan...

I got this email from my friend/fan of BBtL who is looking for some help...

I'm writing a master's thesis on  the female protagonists of bram stoker's dracula and joss whedon's buffy the vampire slayer within the context of the victorian female ideal "the angel in the house". (it's the victorian ideal part that makes it sound so academic)

I'd suggest looking at Jane Espensons' blog (www.janeespenson.com). It's all about writing for tv, and a number of her examples are from her time as a Buffy writer.

Some of the Titan Buffy Magazines might be useful. They did interviews with the writers.

Never forget to check Slayage, thearticles might not be interviews, but some of their sources could be.
