Oh, what a load of rubbish. Speaking as a gay man, I'm perfectly prepared to admit that "bisexual" people exist. In point of fact, I happen to think that bisexual people present the perfect opportunity for gay and straight people everywhere to join together in unified loathing... :-)

I think of it more as exasperation. "Just bloody well PICK ONE!!"

Honestly, I can't stand people that can't make up their minds... :-p

I tried to pick one! I did! Only then I realised that I did still fancy men occasionally, even though I spent a while metaphorically sticking my fingers in my ears and going "la la la not listening".

I'm not bisexual really, you see, I'm just a really rubbish lesbian ;-)

Oh that piece of fucking bullshit. I love how people think that they can dictate what someone else's sexuality is based on their experiences. Because of course what they feel is the same as what everyone else does...

On a slightly related note I did manage to get stared at in shock by casually mentioning to my workmates that I had dated a bi-sexual guy at one point... Lovely to see that prejudice is a thing of the past...

Really? Is that...is that a thing? It would never have occurred to me that dating a bisexual man was a thing people would think of as noteworthy. I'm just trying to work out how many men I've dated who aren't bisexual - it's a tiny, tiny percentage.

(There was a time when I'd slept with more straight women than I had straight men. That's not true any more, but it was a fun thing to say while it lasted.)

Apparently so. I've never considered it to be a big deal, but I got totally shocked looks when I mentioned it.
