I believe that's Commodore Stone, played by Percy Rodriguez, standing with Kirk in pix 9-11 & 13. "Court Martial."

The stoned guy with the coffee cup in picture 12 is Lazarus, from one of the worst-ever TOS episodes. He's the one who's always wrestling with an alternate version of himself and falls off a rock, like, three times. (ETA: I believe that dude is white; I'm just pointing him out because of the awfulness of his episode).

The always-helpful Memory Alpha Wiki tells me that the gal from "Operation Annihilate" (the plastic vomit monsters episode) is Yeoman Zahra, played by Maurishka Taliaferro.
