yup, I'm a vet tech, but not a certified one. I'm an on-the-job trained tech. Some places require certification, but for some reason my vet prefers on the job trained techs.
Where did I say I made 75 grand? I haven't made nearly that much. Vet techs don't make much to start with, but at some places, you have to start at the bottom and work your way up. I make 2 dollars more an hour than I did last year, and there is a possibility I'll get another raise soon. It just depends on who decides the wages.
I don't even make as much as 25 grand a year, but I wish I did. Not easy to find anything that pays that much around here. At least cost of living is really low here. :)

if so, how on earth did you get 75 grand last year? I thought most get..25-30 grand and that's about the highest pay?
