Good luck with your workout, Brian. I'll be supporting you 100%. Although, I think you look fine just the way you are, but, I'm glad you'll have some aspect of your life you can control.

Also, hooray for using LJ! Although, I do check occasionally for a post by you on blogger. You just never post though.
