I'm holding a jewelry raffle, and the rules will be a little unusual.
1. Entries are $1 each. If you live close enough to pay in person, that is fine; otherwise send payment through Paypal to belitili@belit-ili.com for as many entries as you wish, no limit.
2. A winner will be randomly selected from all entries received on or before Saturday, October 7, 2006.
3. The winner will choose between one of two necklaces, either the necklace pictured below or a Mystery Necklace, which will then be sent to the winner or recipient of the winner's choice. Winner does not get to see the Mystery Necklace before making the decision, and the decision is final.
4. The necklace not chosen by the winner will be sent to
Nicole Boyce for auction to assist in funding her double lung transplant.
5. Raffle proceeds beyond what it cost me to make the jewelry will also be donated to Nicole's transplant fund, so buy as many entries as you can!
This necklace is approximately 28" long and is comprised of glass, shell, and snowflake obsidian beads.
This is what I will tell you about the Mystery Necklace:
It's just under 24" long.
It's not gender specific in the usual way of thinking of gender stereotypes, for whom that matters.
Please be as generous as you can; Nikki has a long way to go before she gets the amount of money she needs for the transplant, and she's getting very close to needing that money since they've bumped her up the waiting list!
