Hey all. You know what today is? Today is the start of girl scout cookie season. Also known as: 'Sky's seven weeks of frustration.' Nothing dealing with hockey is ever off-topic :-)

Datsyuk is a damn impressive player. I don't get to watch that many Red Wings games (and to be fair, I'm still irrationally angry at the franchise due to my team's loss back in '97). And that fact that he managed to win, four times in a row, a trophy that NO ONE on my team has ever won (sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct are not hallmarks of the Flyers) makes him worthy of all kinds of praise in my book.

And thanks! I'm gonna need it.

Wow, I somehow missed that you are a troop leader. That's GREAT! Like you weren't cool enough in my eyes already, Sky. ;)

Man, wish you lived nearby. This ever-expanding baby belly is making it tough for me to go out and find some Scouts locally to buy from. *sigh*

Heh, yup! I'm involved in way too many things for my own good sometimes, but I do like the Scouts (the girls are a joy to be around, and most of the time, the parents aren't so bad either). So it works out :-)

And sorry that I'm not! I can imagine that it must be getting rough around now for you. But, soon: yay!baby! (Even if it IS keeping you from getting a yummy cookie fix :-P)
