Weekend and BSG 4x10 (Revelations)

*waves* Spent the weekend in Western PA with the fam. Lots of rain, and people poking fun at me for my inability to run. It was my nephew's birthday party (seven years old!!), so between gas and tolls and food and presents, this was a costly weekend, but well worth the effort ;-P ( Read more... )

Yup! That's EXACTLY what I mean. They are splitting the season up into two halves. Friday's episode was the "mid-season" finale. The rest of the season won't air until January (at the earliest).

A tad cruel, I agree. I don't know why they just don't admit to having short seasons, and call the second half of this season "season 5" it's not like they would lose anything by doing so.

Enjoy your mini-marathon!!

o you've got the literal representation of mankind, the whoknowswhatthefraksheis figure of Starbuck/Aurora, and a Cylon. Sounds like a trinity to me!
Oh, that's an awesome association for Helo as well! It all would have a very lovely symmetry to it, and it makes sense in the religious context of the show.

The Hybrid in Razor actually said that Kara Thrace would lead them "to their end". Doesn't necessarily mean destruction. I prefer to think of it as Kara Thrace leading humans and Cylons to the end of this Cycle, and all Cycles of ever (seeing as I believe that if all this *has* happened before, then the reason we're watching this group is that this is the cycle that breaks it all to hell).
Oh, good catch. I definitely think they are going for an end of cycle scenario, which is the whole reason for us to be watching. And I LOVE the idea of Kara being the harbinger for THAT end, then for the ending of humans as a species.

And so not boring me! I love this stuff :-)
