Now I think I know how he felt about being inhuman. They weren't freedom for him--aren't for me either, now that I have them--just one more reminder of what SOLDIER really is. But I can't really tell if I believe it or not.

At least yours allow flight, Zack-san. *sucks on lolipop* These are merely decorative. It seems to be quite a let down...

Though I must say, being inhuman is not a curse. It is...what you make of it.

Yeah, I used to think that too. But now I have two conflicting viewpoints and I'm...not really sure what I think about it anymore.

And I understand, Zack-san. Since my death here, my human side is overcoming my grandfather's heritage. I always thought humans were weak, useless creatures. But...they are complex. Interestingly complex.

Which is better, human or otherwise? I believe labels are useless for people such as us. We are...neither human or otherwise. We are...ourselves. And how we impact the world is what matters. Not what we are.
