Setting up streamix is not as easy at it seems

Apparently the Telekom dood came today....and announced "the main cabel line that connects to the underground line is not there!! There's nothing i can do". TT____TT Well he said i can 'pinjam' a line from my neighbour's house by redirecting coz acording to the TMdood all houses has 10 telephone cabel lines from the main cabelbox so each house
