Last time Aoshi-sensei... to be honest, I'm NOT motivated to watch this last episode XD I'm afraid we're going to lose Aoshi-sensei and if it's me, I could continue watching him every week forever and ever lol...

Episode description and more under the cut... (SPOILERS of the 11th (final) episode INCLUDED!) )

dorama: yowakutemo katemasu, year: 2014, [review], dorama discussion, genre: school, genre: sport, season: spring

seriously, i like the ending. its more realistic in real world. especially, aoshi-sensei. it was predictable that he will go back as researcher after one year. and it was expected that he will move on and become more open after his trauma with high school baseball. i wonder if the 'trauma' is right word. overall, i anticipate every episode and i totally like the ending.

Yes, I agree with you, the ending was pretty realistic (even if I still was hoping he'd stay at school but that would have been too much clichee I guess xD)! I see what you mean about "trauma", well, that's how it got translated in the subs, I overtook the wording and regarding my lack in English I think I can't come up with a better word for it but I think I know what you mean with the question if it's the right word for this. ^^

If only the whole drama had the same pace of the last episodes,i think it would have been way better. It was too slow and i thought there were too many unnecessary things.

But i liked the ending a lot,i was actually happy he didn't stay.He admitted his love for baseball but i think he still liked research more than teaching. He found a balance by teaching kids and man,he looks good in any baseball uniform XD

Now i hope we won't have to wait ages for a new Nino drama!

I agree with you, the pace of the dorama wasn't always that good, right? I can see they tried to make it better in the ending and somehow it worked but still the dorama was kinda slow and as you said, some stuff was unnecessary.

The ending was nice, yes! Aoshi-sensei really found a balance, that's great and yes! He looks good in any baseball uniform! (Even if I prefer Jotoku's =P lol)

Thanks for joining the discussions! ^^

I thought it was a satisfying ending too. Everything was just right, at least it was for me.
I hope the making of will get released soon! I really want to see backstage material. It seems like they had a lot of fun, making this drama!

Thank you for the reviews! Otsukare!~

I love the ending..I agree with @nurcahya.. it's more realistic..
I agree with you too. It's not one of the best of Nino's dramas.
(The writer could do better)
But, for me it's one of the best of sport dramas:D..
It's the first time that I really enjoy the sport in the drama besides the story line.
I hope I can see the making. I can feel that all the cast really close. Did you know?they have matching bracelet.

Maybe it's because I like Nino, but I think Nino did a good job here.

and all the members, they also did a good job. especially okadome and ebato (ah, I forgot they real name:D )
I like their character and their acting..

Sorry for the long post.. thank you very much for all your reviews:)

Yeah... the writer could have done better, that's right. The story has potential but I think they really didn't make the best out of it. I still think that maybe the story would have worked better as a movie with faster pace and less details but that's just an idea. Nevertheless it was fun and the dorama made me really interested in baseball! XD lol

I heard that the cast was pretty close (like chatting on line and stuff, going for drinks together lol) that was really nice to read ^^ I'm happy that Nino and the rest of the cast had a fun time during filming! =D And I agree, Nino did a great job! He's just such a great actor! ^^ And the others were great as well! (Oh don't worry, I still don't know all the actors names, I don't know the one of Okadome but Ebato was Yamazaki Kento, I really liked him as well!)

Ah don't mind long comments, I love to read them and to exchange opinions! Thanks for joining the discussion! =D

I agree with you in a lot of things! The "romance" was disappointing, right? XD Too less drama, too less action and I also wondered what happened to Shirao and Shikata after that. They just seemed to have accepted the facts ( ... )
