Suprising compliment

I was just sitting in my cubicle working quietly and my co-worker Melissa stopped in. She said she wanted to tell me that she thinks I am much more together than I think I am, and that I should give myself more credit. She went onto say that she knows a lot of people with bipolar in her life and see's that they do not handle things as well as I do
