Is Merriweather Post Pavilion AC's newest album? I've got one of their older ones that I like quite a bit, though they were fairly unimpressive when I saw them live a year or two ago.

I believe it is. don't know much about Animal Collective -- this will be my introduction.

Mine too. I got tired of hearing everybody buzz about 'em. I have my suspicions that they're overrated. But we'll see.

Yes it's the new album, and probably their most "mainstream".

That being said, it's probably their best.
