*nodnods* I definitely agree with this. Well-put. The living aren't the only ones that need to adapt and come to terms with the situation, the dead do too. As with many changes and transitions, those involved need time to come to peace with things. That and, it would be better to wait for a time before beginning to work with them--allow the grieving process to run its course. That way one can approach working with the dead with a more clear mind, uncolored by the strong thoughts and emotions that tend to surface just after the initial passing.
