Who needs a defibrillator to stimulate your heart? I just had my best day of writing for months immediately followed by what looked like a hard drive failure.

I've got it back working and taken a backup but I am eyeing it with serious suspicion now.

I actually do tend to upload the novel after a good session. This was in that deadly interval between the glow of satisfaction and the sensible upload.

You making any regular visits to the Dagda or the Hoose?

I teach on Tuesday nights - unfortunately, the Hoose has a quiz that night, so we either end up in the Holyrood or else Montagues with the intention of crawling onto the Hoose. Otherwise, I don't get out much in the evenings these days.
