OBSESSION;; R

nine.

"Minho. Minho. Wake up."

Jonghyun thinks this is the perfect time to get revenge so he kicks Minho sweetly in the stomach, but all Minho does is rub his stomach and turn a couple of angles to his right. Jonghyun grunts.

"Yah, Choi Minho. When someone older than you tells you it's time to get up, it's time to get up."

"Do we have a schedule right now hyung?"

His words are barely coherent, so Jonghyun kicks him again for a little pleasure this time. Minho's eyes are wide open now, and Jonghyun's insides feel warm from the clear love bullets Minho is shooting with them.

"Well, no..."

"Then.what.did.you.wake.me.up.for.hyung."

"Where were you last night, Minho? I waited up until four last night for you. I texted you, I called you, I almost resorted to waking up our manager. I even-almost-ALMOST-called-Donghae to ask about your wherabouts. You don't just do that to your roommate, man."

Jonghyun leaps onto Minho's bed, pointing his finger in the air as he finishes, feeling like he just made a triumphant speech.

"Says you."

"Nevermind where I go at night, that's different. Now where do you think you were that you can get away and not tell me-"

He pats Minho's bum, his own eyes strangely puppy like for the morning, his cheeks puffed out.

"...I mean you can tell me anything, right, Minho? You know that right? You were the first person I told about Sekyung-"

The name feels dry on his lips and he can't figure out why-

"..and, you know I'm cool right Minho? You can trust me. Just think of me as your older brother, I want you to."

Minho sits up, chuckling and punching Jonghyun on his bare arm.

"You are not cool."

"Whatever." Pause. "MINHO! Just tell me."

"Alright, just stop shouting, my head is still groggy."

Jonghyun taps his feet on the floor, sitting with his back straight, hands perched in his lap. Excellent story listening posture.

"I just went to have drinks after the Dream Team filming wrapped up, and time flew by before we knew it."

"Oh. Who went?"

Jonghyun lets out a sigh, disappointed in the lack of sex he thought Minho's story would entail. But it is Minho...

"Eunhyuk hyung was there of course, Sangchu hyung came for a little bit but left us after he found some girls at the bar, and then there was me and Junho hyung, oh and Taecyeon hyung was with him, and then Sica noona came in the middle-"

Jonghyun whips his head, maybe a little too quickly so he looks at the floor in what he thinks is a carefree manner.

"Wait, what? Why was she there?"

"Huh? Oh, Sica noona? She came over to celebrate-"

"Oh-"

"-because Taecyeon hyung got casted as the replacement for some musical Sica is going to be in so she came after she finished practice, and oh man, hyung, let me tell you, she looks like a lightweight but she out drank me right off the bat - it wasn't only until the end that she started to get tipsy...and she's so little too."

"Taecyeon's going to be in a musical with her? Can he even sing?" Get your horny hands the fuck away from her, bastard.

"Hyung. Taecyeon hyung is your hyung too. I don't know he seemed pretty stoked, he practically made out with Sica noona on the spot after he got drunk enough and Eunhyuk hyung had to stop him, it was such a mess, you should've been there, my head just hurts thinking about how crazy last night was."

Jonghyun's barely listening as Minho continues on, his feet becoming more interesting by the second. He forgets about his posture and slouches again.

ten.

Another walk in the hallway, another day, another wordless tune humming out of his mouth that he thinks would be great to compose to. The hum gets louder in pitch as turns down the next corridor, thrilled at the prospect of scaring the new trainees rehearsing their brains out.

"What hardship shall I tell them today?" he ponders, before getting the wind knocked out of him from his left. He hunches over, the pain in his abdomen blinding and even the most petite hands wrapping around his waist can't help him from the agony.

"I'm never going to be able to have children."

"You'll be fine."

"My poor grandchildren-less parents, aigoo."

"Don't exaggerate."

Jonghyun peers over his bangs to see her, but he doesn't even have to, already registering that familiar icy tone ingrained in his memory. The pain is dwindling, but he refuses to lose and even with her harsh words, she's still kindly holding on to him, so he greedily places his rough hands over her soft ones, still hunched over.

"Thanks for the apology."

"I didn't."

"Well you can placate this entire situation by giving my parents grandchildren, just a heads up."

She rolls her eyes at him, and Jonghyun's heart flutters for what feels like the first time in months. Jessica wasn't just a robot devoid of emotions. He notices she hasn't tried to wriggle away from his grasp so he stays in the same position, moving her hands a little tighter around his waist, trying not to faint on the physical contact he'd been subconsciously longing for.

"What's with the rush anyway? It's not the apocalypse."

"I'm late for practice."

"Oh,"

Jonghyun feels disheartened and stands upright.

"So I heard that Taecyeon is your partner for the musical. You, you must be happy about that."

Jessica quickly unwraps her hands from him, expressionless again.

"Yeah, it should be a cool musical, he's nice."

"Is he coming here right now to practice?"

"Hmm? Oh, no we've made other arrangements, look I have to go-"

"Don't be with him. He won't be able to treat you how you deserve to be treated."

"Excuse me?"

Jessica steps back, affronted but Jonghyun's blurted everything.

"You, you're a princess and he won't be able to handle you-"

"Handle me? Excuse me?"

There's a flicker of anger in her eyes, and Jonghyun steps forward trying to hold her arm but she lashes back out of his reach. He walks forward as much as she lets him, whispering into her ear,

"He's not the guy for you, trust me. I know. Just, just stay away from him."

"You lost the right a long time ago to tell me what to do, Jjong. And I've never ever trusted you to begin with, what makes you think I'd trust you now. Now-" she pushes past him, walking rapidly, and he's able to catch a glimpse of her flushed cheeks for a moment, "if you'll excuse me I've got a practice to attend to."

Her heels click away, and Jonghyun collapses onto the wall behind him, forgetting all about the pain in his stomach being replaced with the pain somewhere else in his body, dumbfounded by the words he spilled; lost control over.

"Jonghyun," his eyes expand with shock at the sight of Onew at the end of the hall, eyeing him curiously and hesitating to walk forward. He tries to regain his posture and his cool as Onew heads forward, mind rambling at how much he heard and saw.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine hyung."

"You look upset. What were you guys fighting about?"

"Hmm? Oh, nothing Jinki hyung. You worry too much. We just had some differences on something-"

"What?"

"...something small, really. I've got to go, I've got practice with Jino and Kyuhyun. What are you doing here, on this side of the rooms, don't you have dance practice?"

"Oh, yeah, they've changed my schedule a bit-" Onew is still eyeing Jonghyun up and down, but he shifts his gaze pretending he can't hear the concern in Onew's voice. "so I'm supposed to help Sica with her practice since her partner's schedule is too busy to come here."

Jonghyun feels his heart leap into his neck again and suddenly feels like vomitting.

"So you're going to help her practice? Daily?"

Onew is still looking at Jonghyun with those soulful eyes of his, and a pungent smell fills Jonghyun's mouth now. He chokes back a dry heave.

"You're-you're okay with this, right? I mean- back there - or before - if something happened between you and Sica, you know you can tell me right? I would never tell anyone, I promise."

Jonghyun dies at Onew's words, an underlying desire to punch him soaking through.

"I've got to go, hyung."

"Did something happen between you?"

"Nothing happened between us. Nothing at all."

eleven.

It's still dark outside with the shades drawn, but he swears if he has to hear Minho snore one more time, he'd wipe the toilet with Minho's toothbrush as a punishment, so he turns on the television instead; his former early riser habit before he got so busy.

Nothing's really on, he discovers the moment he surfs through the channels- but the whirring of the heater is pleasing to his ears so he keeps sprawled on his belly, only pausing the channel when he sees yet another news segment plastering Girls' Generation all over the screen and it takes a moment for him to grasp that it's the dry rehearsal interviews for Jessica's play.

His eyes never falter from the screen, her bashful demeanor exuding as she talks to the interviewers, patiently answering questions, nodding appropriately, over-exaggerating her gestures in only a way another idol could attest to, cheeks turning an unusual shade a pink of when the interviewer asks the question,

"So there seems to be a lot of chemistry between you and Taecyeon-sshi. Does it just come naturally to you guys?"

And it's when she doesn't immediately answer and only giggles in response does Jonghyun finally turn off the television.

twelve.

"Alright, I'm hungry as hell. I don't care, I'm getting the lobster pasta. What are you going to order?"

"Nothing, I can't eat right now."

"Why not?"

"I'm on a diet for my next movie."

"Then why did we go out tonight? I had a million other things to do."

"Because, I wanted to see you silly. It's not like I'm the only girl who starves herself for beauty."

Pause.

"Didn't you want to see me, Jonghyun baby?"

"Of course."

thirteen.

"And that's how you win that level. Works every time."

"Wow, hyung you are so cool, I need to try that when I get home."

Jonghyun nods along absentmindledly, and he can feel Kyuhyun's mouth going agape when he doesn't try and protest Jino inflating Kyuhyun's ego anymore.

"What's up with you man?"

"What do you mean?" Jonghyun tries to pay attention with caution, his feet shuffling across the dressing room floor with loud screeches. Kyuhyun raises an eyebrow at Jino who looks scared out of his wits before turning back to Jonghyun.

"It's just - you didn't even try and fight me for the last crouton in the salad before - it's so unlike you..."

"Pshh," Jonghyun tries to let out a hearty laugh but fails midway through, truly in character. "I-I'm just tired with all these rehearsals for the end of the year shows and stuff." He chooses to ignore their worried glances, standing up, hands in his pockets. "I need to go to the bathrroom, if you think that's like me-"

"Haha, very funny."

"Don't be long, honey."

Jonghyun thinks Jino spends way too much time following Kyuhyun around lately, but he's too lazy to fix that poor kid, he realizes as he walks out of the room, before stopping abrptly right outside the next room. He hears Onew and Key's hushed voices and debates walking in for a second, but decides against it, curious as to what they could talk about when he's not around.

"Is she okay?"

"I don't know, I'm not sure who to tell. Taeyeon-sshi?"

"It could be something serious, you said it's getting worse right?"

"I don't know what it could be, she won't tell me anything. I've tried over and over but when I walk into the room her eyes are always red and by the time we finish all the dance moves she's sobbing uncontrollably."

"Well, shit."

"It's kind of scary actually, no one in the room can ever understand what to do, but she always finishes the rehearsal in tears - it's so weird."

"Maybe the role is too mentally challenging, I really think we should tell someone, hyung."

"Yeah, but the thing is I think there is only one person who she'll listen to."

"Should we tell him then? What if things get worse?"

"I just don't know Kibum-ah. Maybe I should just try and take care of it."

Jonghyun walks away, that familiar feeling of vomit overcoming him again, more often that it used to, and his head spins as he walks and walks and walks, absorbing the idea that another man is playing savior to Jessica. He spits specks of blood onto the hallway, disappointment washing over his face.

fourteen.

"Krystal."

"What oppa? God, you are so annoying. Has anyone ever told you that? It's true."

"Krystal."

"What?!"

"Is your sister dating someone?"

"I don't know. How am I supposed to know?"

"She's your sister, don't sisters know these things?"

"Well not me! Who cares if she is or not?"

"...Go do your homework."

"I don't have homework, oppa!"

"Go wash your feet then. They smell."

"I'm hanging up now. Creep."

fifteen.

"Jonghyun."

"I didn't even see you there. What are you doing?"

"Follow me."

Jonghyun's hand is still on his chest, heart beating at a highly combustible rate, seeing Jessica blending in the shadows, acting like it's completely normal to be lurking in the hall for no reason.

"Follow me," she repeats and Jonghyun's heart still accelerates, not feeling anymore relaxed when she steps out of the shadow and into the dim hall lights. Her eyes have that ghostly haunting look again.

"What? I can't - I have vocal training in twenty minutes."

"Just follow me."

She doesn't wait for a response, turns her back and walks down the end of the hall into the last rehearsal room and there's a little skip to each of her steps. Jonghyun stands back, aghast and scared out of his wit. But he's intrigued enough.

He looks around the hall; sees the coast is clear, and follows her, making sure not to leave a trace in his step in case someone looks for him after, and embodying the feeling of being Mr. Bond for a moment.

It doesn't last long when he enters the room, and Jessica slams it shut behind him, startling him once more, and he clutches his shirt so hard, he creates wrinkles.

She walks around him, then moves forward, slightly pushing two sharp fingers in his chest, just hard enough to make him walk backwards towards the mirrored wall.

"Sit." she commands, and he can't comprehend the one word she says, let alone read her lips because his ears sink to his chest when she pushes him with more force, until he ends up sitting on the wooden bench attached to the wall. His weight is completely off center when she steps away and he tries to sit in a relaxed matter, but he fidgets as she keeps eying him down, unreadable as ever.

She looks at him, is she contemplating something? he wonders, before leaning over giving him an ample tease of her cleavage underneath her thin white dress and clenches her hands to both of his shoulders. Jonghyun looks down, looks at her eyes again, but she's still emotionless behind those damn foxlike eyes.

"You're tense."

"What? No, no I'm not. I need to go-" he starts but doesn't get very far as she starts rolling her knuckles in circular patterns on his shoulders and he feels numb immediately. She embeds them harder and the pain is unmistakable but he's more tense than ever, aware of exactly what she's doing. "Stop, please."

"You need to relax."

She bends down on her knees and looks up at him questionably and he crosses his legs immediately, eyes popping out his sockets, every bone in him and one in particular feeling vulnerable at her unpredictability. He swears that she lets out the tiniest smile as she leans down until she's practically laying on the floor as she slowly removes his shoes and socks.

"What- what-" She throws them to an unreachable distance and shes bending down farther now, level with the floor, slightly propped on her elbows.

She grabs his feet, pulls them forward to her and Jonghyun loses it when the strangest sensation trickles over his entire body. She starts with his right pinky toe, subtly creeping her tongue on it, divulging more and taking the whole of it into her mouth.

Jonghyun jumps out of his seat but she keeps his other leg still with her free hand, so he squirms and tries to brush her head away without actually touching her.

"What-stop-that tickles....No, really. Stop!" Jessica pays no attention and starts on the next toe, letting her tongue swirl around it, teasingly and the tickling sensation inside him grows.

"My feet are disgusting-"

She advances towards the big toe next, a devious look splayed across her face, and the aftermath is immediate when she devours it whole into her mouth, sweat, grime, callouses and all and Jonghyun can feel the insides of her mouth suckling on to the nerve of his toe. She licks it gently but expertly, her tongue evasing every nook and cranny of the toe, filling it with energy and warmth.

He's hard.

Jonghyun lazily pulls a hand over to cover his crotch; but he's barely embarrassed as he tries to concentrate on her face while she pulls this very obscene and suggestive act. Her forehead is wrinkled in concentration, but he notices that her face is unhinged, even when she pulls him forward a little bit and releases her mouth. He's surpised at how dissappointed he feels that she ends so abruptly, but she starts on his other big toe, this time letting her tongue play out in the air and licking the filthy nail. It's vile and he wants to throw up, but his blood is pumping through his veins and gathering quickly by the time she engulfs her mouth onto as many toes as she can, engorging them. The tickling sensation returns and he memorizes the way her saliva feels on his skin and it feels so good, so, so good.

"Don't stop."

Jessica stops at these words, and smiles that unreadable smile-and then she swirls her tongue for the last time before clomping her teeth down as hard as she can, sharp, painful, with mal-intent.

sixteen.

"WHAT.THE.FUCK." Jonghyun wakes up, sitting upright immediately, feet curled to the highest extreme. He hunches over and grabs his toes, making sure they are all there kissing them one by one, quickly as if they were to escape. He clutches on to his left big toe, the seemingly real pain still playing to affect in his head, before looking across the room to see Minho still in his deep, accosted slumber.

Jonghyun sighs, feet still curled and looks down, realizing that there's a very, very prominent bulge underneath his sheets.

seventeen.

Jonghyun plops onto the sofa, mind numb and vacant. He pulls out his phone subconsciously (old habits die hard), and without thinking he presses number nine on the keypad, not really paying attention as he hears the continual ringing.

"Hey," is all he can think of saying when she picks up.

"Hey." Pause.

"Why did you call me if you aren't going to talk?"

"I'm just shocked your number hasn't changed..."

"That's it, that's all you have to say?"

"No, I...nevermind...nevermind, it's nothing."

"Jonghyun, really-."

"I have to go."

Click.

Jonghyun sighs, pulling his phone away from his ear and into his lap. He stares at the screen which is left on Jessica's contact page. He roams through the information he has saved for her, multiple pictures of her popping up on his screen. Her SNSD concept photos, rare selcas of her smiling, hundreds of blurry pictures of her not noticing the camera, in the background but the focus all the same. Pictures of them together, happy, bubbly, shy, pictures of them making silly faces together, selcas taken when no one was around; a screencap of a polaroid of them on stage at SM town.

He pauses on the picture, observing the way she fit perfectly in front of him in the picture, those unmistakable real smiles placed on their faces, no faking it, just real. He snaps the phone shut, suddenly miserable and feeling the loneliness of the room.

eighteen.

He fucks her. He fucks her hard. Long, tedious and over pleasure until their bodies slick together like oil. Even when she calls out his name repeatedly,

"Jonghyun, Jonghyun, Jjong, Jjongie, Jonghyun-ah,"

he still fucks her. He fucks her even when he can tell she's about to come, her legs quivering at an unsteady pace underneath him; it just makes him want to ride her even longer so he grips her thighs, pulsates his chest and goes for round five.

"Jonghyun-ah, say my name. Say it when you come."

An hour later when he finally gives out, he ignores her request, his weight collapsing onto the pillow besides her hair, the sweat on his neck dripping generously. Sekyung wraps an arm around his waist and he can feel her weight shifting on his side, but he doesn't bother looking up.

nineteen.

He sees Jessica crying in the cafeteria, sitting by herself; a tray full of apple slices the only distraction in the large room. She's crying, her wails pitched and desperate. She starts throwing the slices on to the ground, one by one, her octave going up and down, her gorgeous face absolutely wrecked. He closes the door shut quietly, acting like he was never there.
