I feel the same way about my writing. I just can't settle on a style.

Oh I feel like I'm like that in writing too. I tend to emulate whoever I've been reading lately.

just because you experiment doesn't mean you can't still have your own style. Perhaps you just haven't found the one that grips you enough to stick with it rather than move on. It could also be that you can have different styles of art but have some characteristic that is the same, and that would kind of be your signiture thing.

I've seen a bunch of artists who draw in lots of different styles, but there is that one characteristic that stays constant and ties everything together...I hope I find that someday.
