Its a good idea, but i have a few apprehensions.Who are their customers? And how many of them use the Internet and how many of them own a credit card?Considering a typical Indian scenario,a majority of customers(may be 85%) are going to be 'moms' and in our typical Indian scenario only about 5% of them would use the internet for shopping and only 1% might own a credit card. That works out to less than one 'mom' using this service.Do u think the online model will increase sales dramically?Just a thought.

Firstly, most of the moms are a bit tech savvy, they are competent enough to check the product details online and get their spouses or kids to order those stuff.

Or they can market over word of mouth or through fliers, moms will delegate the task of ordering to the power user -- younger lot.

May be they should have an e-shop on ebay . EBay offers buyer and seller protection and this could be beneficial for everyone. Further, they don't have to have their own website or payment gateways . They can use the " shared infrastructure "
