What an excellant post. I have had problems with modern day missionaries, permanent or temporary. The temporary mission trips that people take are usually much better, but still have their faults.
How could any person in their right mind wear a shirt like that to anywhere? To me that is just illogical that the person would wear it and that noone in his group would mention it. This brings and underlying problem to the surface.
It seems that it is widely accepted that people doing mission work are more important than most people. I see this all of the time in so many ways. The shirt is one, but there are many others.
G-d is everywhere, all the time. You should be humble and let Him use you to fulfill His plan. Its not you that is saving people. I have heard missionaries say they have saved more than 1000 people.
There is only one way to be saved, and no missionary or any other man can do it.

I really don't get the shirts, either.
Yeah. We don't save anyone. The best we can do is be like Andrew and bring people to meet Jesus.
