Oh yes. That was absolutely fantastic. By the 70th minute I was feeling quite ill, literally like I was about to throw up. The second goal helped alleviate that and the third was pure icing. Bring on Brazil ( Read more... )

I'm so sad I missed that game. Yay Zidane! Man, if I'd only gone to France this year instead of last, that would've been fantastic.

I hope you're able to find it - it was fantastic. And for what it's worth, the France v Brazil game is on Saturday at 9PM local (German) time... so don't miss it! :)

Let us know what you see and hear there, by all means. Sounds fascinating, actually. 'Specially considering that it's a famous one, and all. I'm glad to hear you're having a blast! Let me know if there are any dwarves or circus/carvinalesque characters in any of the establishments. Somehow I think that would be interesting beyond belief--kind of a Wings of Desire meets that old U2 video of "All I Want is You," but more shady.

It was pretty quiet last night, actually. We got propositioned a couple of times walking along the street and there are sex kinos everywhere but otherwise it was pretty chill. We're hoping it's a little crazier tonight. :)

Cool - the Lonely Planet was a bit meh on the Erotic Art Museum but if you found it entertaining then I'll definitely check it out. :) Anything else you recommend?

Can't think of anything else offhand, but it's a nice city to walk around in, especially along the river and around the two Alsters. I took horrible notes when I went.
